Mission or About information for the Affiliate Our purpose is to unite photographers from Central New York and stay current with trends, best business practices, and latest techniques and technology. We meet the 2nd Monday of the month at 5:30 at various eateries or venues. We start with a networking half hour then dive head first into educational programs or shoot outs that have been scheduled. These presentations may be presented by members or from Professionals from across America. We pride ourselves on our strong sense of community, believing in community over competition. We are comprised of senior, wedding, headshot, landscape, commercial and fine art photographers varying from 'newbies' to seasoned professionals. With collective learning we all continue to improve and grow as a community. PPSCNY is a proud affiliate of Professional Photographers of America (PPA!)
